All it takes is to schedule a Dentacōr Day for your no additional cost in-office exam. Simply use our online scheduling platform or call one of our team members.
Dentacōr takes care of the billing and collects employees’ insurance information. For the same benefit at no cost, we will schedule in-home exams for employees’ families.
There is no additional cost. We collect insurance information from all employees and take care of all the billing. If an employee has different dental insurance, no problem! We accept all insurance plans.
Set up takes less than 30 minutes. Each dental exam takes 20 minutes to complete.
Our Dentacōr hygienists will arrive on your scheduled day, with all the necessary equipment. All we need is a small space.
All we need is a small office space. We can also set up a small private area in any open space you have designated.
Once the in-office/onsite Dentacōr Day is scheduled, you will be assigned a specific Dentacōr CARE team lead. Your Dentacōr CARE team lead personally preps and plans your Dentacōr Day.
Getting the word out to your team is easy. Upon scheduling, you will receive a simple guide to effectively and easily let your team know all they need to about this new employee benefit you have provided.
Your team member will receive the treatment plan created by our Dentacōr dentist within 24 hours by text and email.
If our dentist finds any follow up work that needs to be done, we either send the diagnosis to their current dentist or we can schedule with one of our preferred Dentacor dental offices to get the work done.
