In-office or worksite dental exams
All of our dental exams are performed by highly specialized dental hygienists. Each exam takes only 15 to 20 minutes.
Exams include:
- X-rays
- HD intraoral video recording
- Prophylactic cleaning and scaling
- Fluoride treatment
- Oral hygiene Kit
- Complementary teeth whitening kit
Review and treatment plan
All x-rays and recordings are reviewed virtually by our Dentacōr dentists and individual treatment plans are given to every patient.
Dentacōr takes care of the billing and collects employees’ insurance information. For the same benefit at no cost, we will schedule in-home exams for employees’ families.

How much does it cost?
There is no additional cost. We collect insurance information from all employees and take care of all the billing. If an employee has different dental insurance, no problem! We accept all insurance plans.
How long does it take to set up?
Set up is quick and easy. Each dental exam takes 15-20 minutes to complete.
Does the company need to provide anything?
Our Dentacōr hygienists will arrive on your scheduled day, with all the necessary equipment. All we need is a small space.
What does the setup look like?
All we need is a small office space. We can also set up a small private area in any open space you have designated.
Can Dentacōr come back for additional exams?
Yes! We schedule Dentacōr Days every 6 months so that your employees stay up to date on their oral health.
What happens after scheduling?
Once the in-office/onsite Dentacōr Day is scheduled, you will be assigned a Dentacōr onsite specialist. Your Dentacōr onsite specialist lead personally preps and plans your Dentacōr Day with you.
How do I let my employees know about the Dentacōr Day?
Getting the word out to your team is easy. Upon scheduling, you will receive a simple guide to effectively and easily let your team know all about this new employee benefit you have provided.
What happens after?
Your team member will receive the treatment plan created by our Dentacōr dentist within 24 hours by text and email.
What if I need follow up procedures?
If our dentist finds any follow up work that needs to be done, we either send the diagnosis to their current dentist or we can schedule with one of our preferred dental offices that accepts your company’s insurance.
