The 3 Ships Of Responsibility

Ownership

Responsible Within Self

Before we can lead others, we must first have ownership over ourselves. Ownership of our feelings, goals, scars, and gifts.

This doesn't mean not recognizing the pain or challenges that we have gone through. It does mean having awareness and take ownership of how we react and move forward not despite of those things but because of them.

Stewardship

Responsibility for Those Within Our Sphere

After we have ownership of ourselves, we can then step into our responsibility as stewards. Everyone we interact with is in our stewardship.

"The only way we can truly move towards the most abundant version of ourselves is by helping those around into that as well."

Leadership

Responsibility Within a Unit

A leader is defined as a "guide". By its very nature, a guide is at the head.

Leader purpose is to serve the good of the unit. That unit can consist of 1 of 10,000.

Decisions are made for the good of the unit.
